Before any piercing procedure, the piercers at Ronin Body Arts will consult with you about your individual anatomy. Our piercing staff may decline to perform certain piercings on you based on this anatomy consultation. It is common that a client requesting a particular piercing does not possess the anatomy required to safely heal said piercing; we will do our best to suggest similar, alternative piercings that have a better chance of healing.

The booking fees charged upon booking an appointment with Ronin Body Arts whether online, via telephone or in person are calculated at 100% of the piercing or jewellery fitting fee. Cancellation, Reschedulling & Refunds Policy

Piercing and Jewellery booking fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Ronin Body Arts requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice in order to reschedule your appointment.

In the event of a reschedule request exceeding the required notice period of 24 hours, the booking fees will be honoured and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment at your convenience.

In the event of cancellation, no-show, a reschedule request made not meeting the mentioned notice period or a late arrival resulting in services being refused or deferred, the piercing/jewellery fitting booking will be void and any booking fees will be fully absorbed by the company to compensate for inconvenience and any equipment preparation and to cover any administration costs.

Piercing, jewellery fitting fees and service charges are strictly non-refundable after the service and/or sale is complete.

Jewellery sales are only refundable within 14 days of the purchase and only if the sold piece has not been worn. Wearing a piece of body jewellery in a piercing voids any refund claims.

The integrity of certain pieces of jewellery sold by the studio is guaranteed to be free from manufacturing faults for life.

In the event an item of jewellery has experienced breakage, the client may arrange to return the jewellery to the studio for inspection and potential replacement or repair.

If the jewellery is damaged as a result of a manufacturing fault there will be no charge to the client for replacement or repair where possible.

Lifetime guarantee does not cover jewellery lost, stolen or damaged through mishandling. If on inspection an item has been damaged as a result of mishandling all occurring costs including shipping and repair are to be paid for by the client.

Replacement or repair can take up to 16 weeks depending on the manufacturer of the jewellery.

In the circumstance of cancellation of the booking by Ronin Body Arts, the booking fee will remain property of the studio and will be carried forward to a future appointment.

If an appointment can not be offered to the client within a month of the cancellation by us a refund may be requested.
